Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer with our own factory located in Hebei, China.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 days to produce your order. The shipment depends on the boat date and we'll send them on board as fast as we can.

Q: What's the shipping cost?
A: Sea freight fee normally depends on the size and weight of the goods you order, as well as where the destination port is.

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: The payment which is under USD5000 needs to be paid 100% in advance.  For the payment over USD5000, we accept 50% T/T in advance. Balance pays up before shipment.
